Well I've done it. Not quite as fast as I hoped The heat and humidty slowed me down, so rather than chase a time I decided to enjoy the run and the atmosphere, finishing in 4hrs 25 minutes.

Just completed the Muddy Boots run at Ripon in 49.24, knocking over 4 minutes off my PB. A great run but not as muddy as I thought after the snow.

Great performances from Duncan and Nicola, hopefully both PBs.
