I have now completed the PRC Risk assessment document (with help and support of buddies at the ‘ideas sesh’ ta)

Martin is uploading the document (i hope) so please read this essential bit of bureaucracy so I don’t feel

PRC @ Tour de France

Hi Folks

Quick update from the PRC team here in Morzine riding the mountains and supporting the tdf stage finish at Avoriaz.

Steve Mike Carol and Steve all burnt but happy having cracked the Col de Jouxplan yesterday.

If you saw the stage today we were at the 4k to go banner near the emu man.

Richard and the Thalasa team send regards to PRC team ski.

Back on Wed with pictures and stories to bore you further.

New Run List

Clare allowed me to view the new run list maps last week (coaches privileges!)

All looks new and exciting with well considered routing and map production.

I encourage all to join in up coming new venues as there are distance and route options for all.

Tuesday Run Feedback

We had nine souls plus two dogs who all enjoyed an off road circuit north of Pickering (Pluntrain lane-Newbridge-Castle) tonight 19th.

Lots of fun and banter...come and try next week?

The nine were Steve,Terry,Sarah,Karen,Ian,Dan,Hanna,Paul,Stephen Lab1 and Lab2

Sunday 17th Run

Folks

Late call I know but Sundays 'run' will now be mountain biking in Dalby. Myself Jake and the pickering crew meeting in Dalby village CP at 0900 Sunday.

I have not seen or heard about any other runs organised at this side but shout-blog if you know different!

Tueday 19th Run from Pickering

 Folks Anyone wishing to run Tueday night on/off road for 90min ish meet at my house  78 Ruffa Lane Pickering for 6 15pm.We are starting slightly later than the norm to allow one of the regulars to get over post work.All abilities and fashion followers welcome
