Thanks Clare for last nights run route, good distance in an area I normally drive past and never notice the great countryside we live in, great recovery run after the 10k on sunday.
And thanks to Sally for keeping our group on the straight and narrow, if some what wet and muddy. All adds to the interest.
Thanks
Jayne
Thanks Claire and Graham for the great thursday night run. Both Ian and I enjoyed the hills and distance. (didn't realise Kirby had so many hills) It's good to push myself, to run out of my comfort zone, no pain no gain! Thoroughly enjoyed!
look forward to more of the same (pleaase)

A Huge Thanks to Pete and Hazel for arranaging a great ride and nourishment, the soups where lovely.
I have just plotted the route on Bikehike.co.uk, a distance of 26.42 miles.
A great distance for the first time out this year on the old road bike, and I really enjoyed the surprise hill and good company.
Thanks again
Jayne and Rob
I think it would be nice if there was a page on the web site where it listed club members who have taken part in organised events, with their times and acknowledgement of achievements (maybe BP times), more like a press release.
Indivduals could also add comments on the organised events, how they felt the run went, and would they do the run again!
And possible a list of upcoming events in the area, this may encourage more club members to take part in local runs.
If we continually add this data over the years, it would be intere
Thanks to Terry and Kath for the wonderful New Year Eve's Party.
Excellent Food (Kath you are amazing, yet again) and what an atmosphere
of unique, toe tapping music. We both had a great time, good short run for those recovering
from illness and injury, great company and conversation.
All the best in this new year!
