Have just had a phone call from my new best friend Scott at Brathay, and I have been accepted as part of the 10 in 10 team for next year, in view of the fact many of you have been asking if I had heard I wanted to share my good news(?) with you all

Hi All

In view of the fab weather I feel I need to go and stretch my legs for a while at some point over the weekend, however because I did so little training due to the short notice for last weeks marathon I must confess to a little achilles stiffness... if anyone fancies a jog/walk/see what happens event over the next couple of days..  just to go out and enjoy the scenery and weather can you please let me know?

Anyone interested in a run tomorrow morning?  I know it is short notice, and I need to be back to Pickering around 11.00am, ideally looking at a 10 - 12  miler give or take - let me know if any takers and suggested run routes

Question(s)? The summer league dates are all on Tuesdays, does anyone know what time they kick off as I was considering entering but am concerned about travelling to and from work etc... Also can someone confirm if you need to do all of them, from memory I think it was 4 of the 6? Finally any one else entering?
