I hope I have come through to the correct person, if not can you pass this to  
the guys who went skiing.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who was in Morzine from Carl  
and Stuart. You welcomed us into the group and the chalet and made us feel  
part of the group right from the start, even though we only knew Chris and  
Vicky and were staying down the road.

I am going to the Lodge on Saturday to hand in our menu choices. We have 3 places last so if anyone wants to go please let me know.

Peter - I will need a cheque to hand over on the night. I am not down tonight but will be down next week so could you bring the cheque book along then.

I will be down at the club at Malton next week. This is the last opportunity to give me your menu choices in person (you can still send them to me) as I have to give in our choices to the Old Lodge at the end of this month.

To date we have 20 people going (including Terry's 3) which means that there are 10 places left.

I went up to the Old Lodge on Saturday and they confirmed that they need menu choices in by the end of the month. I would appreciate your menus in asap if possible please.

I have been in touch with KMS golf club. Currently they do a meal but without a disco but if there is enough interest they would provide a disco. I have told them that is what we would want and the manager is coming back to me. It is likely to cost about £23 per head with a disco and he will send me a menu when it is available.

I am interested in members' views. If we cannot get a disco at KMS should I go to trhe Lodge instead? I know that there menu is already out and they are booking up fast.

A bit late in the day but a few weeks ago I was walking with a friend who is the club secretary at Claremont Running Club in Newcastle. I mentioned our concerns about coverage for members by the EA Insurance and he said that they had similar concerns and had written to the top man at EA for this area (John Temperton).
