Hi Guys, Hello from Rio - Brazil, Stuck on a brand new oil construction vessel the Skandi Santos, in Rio Bay for 4 weeks. I will miss the runnning, the food is healthy and it has good Gym.

I will try and send some photo´s. The internet connection is not very good.

Thanks Mick, Yes, on the beach everynight, the babes are nice (don´t tell the wife).
I don´t think so... Its a long swim to Rio. A couple of miles.. maybe good Tri training but the water doesn´t look so nice, a bit brown.
I am on night shift at the moment 12pm till 12 am noon. It´s very quite a few welders tonight.
Its very hot outside even at night. My cabin and inside is air conditioned, the room as TV but all the channels are brazilian !.
I am trying to get into the gym every day, 5 miles run yesterday.
