oh that seems to have worked!  ps - I also dont quite understand how the blogging/emailing thing works -
does everyone in the club get all emails/blogs automatically? or...?

Hi Philly

Welcome to the website and good to see you blogging.

When you create a blog entry or comment, there is a check box below called "Do not send notification for this update". If this is left unchecked then notification of your message will be emailed out to all those who have their account set up to receive notifications of content creation. At the moment, I set up all accounts to receive such notifications when I enable them, however you can change this if you want in your account settings. (I forgot to do this for your account until yesterday which is why you have probably started to receive messages).

All a bit complicated but flexible too.
