Glad to report we are up and running with the silver anniversary organisation.

As Dave so efficiently reported from the AGM A committee was formed to organise a Silver Jubilee Event to celebrate the 25 years (approximately) that the club has existed for. The committee consists of Peter Winter, Sarah Ridley, Paul Marks, Karen Loseby, Philly Hare, Vanessa Buckle, Nick Cousins and Steve Hampshire.

Karen has kindly agreed to invite those interested members volunteering to organise the event to her house on SATURDAY 13^th February 7 pm for a set up meeting.

May I suggest for the meeting we consider and act on:

1.      Venue

2.      Format from 1

3.      Date

4.      Entertainment  (Cailhe band, ‘Staff Only’, slide show running on auto)

5.      Food and Drink

6.      Target Invitees and numbers

7.      Level of publicity

8.      Allocation of responsibilities

Can you folks please let me and karen know if you are ok to attend the 13^th please?

I think Karen is proposing to enable the meeting with vino and nibbles so be prepared to bring some!
