Running in Romania.

I went for a long Run in Romanescu Park in Craiova at the weekend.It's the safest place in the City.Guarded by Police.I've tried running around the city but there are just too many stray dogs snapping at your legs.I'm hoping to fly back for a few days over Easter and possibly run the Helmsley 10K.Will i be able to register on the day?

According to their website, yes you can register on the day for an extra quid, subject to spaces. Given your new tax-free expat nondom status I am sure that you can afford this.
