25^TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS

                       1985-2010

Dear member,

                                                  On Friday 8^th October 2010 we are planning to host our 25^th Anniversary Celebrations at Malton Cricket Club. As you will appreciate this is a special occasion when we celebrate our growth from small beginnings in 1985, to the successful club we are today.

        Although we are still at the planning stage it is expected that there will be live music, good food and dancing, along with opportunities to meet former members and view photographs from our illustrious past. Currently we are working on the evening commencing officially at 7.30p.m. and a proposed cost of around £5 per ticket.

        The main reason for writing is to ascertain approximate numbers who may attend from within current membership. This number will then help with our strategy for inviting past members, as we feel the venue cannot cater for more than 100 guests.

        Please would you return the attached pro-forma to either me or steve Hampshire by Thursday 1^st April  if possible.  This is not a firm commitment by you at this stage.
