Thanks Clare for last nights run route, good distance in an area I normally drive past and never notice the great countryside we live in, great recovery run after the 10k on sunday.

And thanks to Sally for keeping our group on the straight and narrow, if some what wet and muddy.  All adds to the interest.

Excellent evening guys.

Clare I have rediscovered the fun of 'naving' with a 1:25000 in the dark so close to home and was thoroughly entertained (plus the company of the long route Babes contributed significantly)

just checked the map where we were told that there hadn`t been a track for 30 years and surprise surprise we were standing right on the bridleway in front of the house at White Thorn.
