This is ongoing, but proving slow progress to tidy up site as there is so much on it. Sue S and Peter C to continue to meet to work on tidying up the website. Members list has been updated and some of the introductory pages have been worked on.

Membership forms need to be updated next.

Sue S would like a Guardians of equipment to be built onto website, so can trace who has what and where

It was mentioned that Facebook be attached to our website. Ian Farrer has already been working on this. The idea being that the website is more static and the facebook page more immediate. However it needs to be accessible to all (and only) PRC members. Concerns were raised as to how private this would be… Peter and Ian Farrow to liaise.

Esk Valley Fell Race support – Lynn H has offered to go to their next meeting to see how PRC can help out further.

Saltergate Gallows – Kim is organising. (As long as the organiser is a member of the Fell Running Association, we are covered by insurance).

For clarification of PRC insurance, the EA covers road running only and the ARC covers both on and off road running.

Castle Howard Race – Posters dispatched. Organised by Dean and Syd

Dalby Park Run : - This is up and running and doing well.

£2/car entry into forest if you show barcode….however if you are a volunteer it is free

Dean was Race Director this week

Club Championships:  This is an internal event and is covered by the ARC Insurance.

Kim E and NicK C are looking into maybe changing the start time to a later time so more people are able to participate…

Cleveland Way Relay:  Anyone can organise this event which is usually held around the middle of June.  Fourteen people required to make this event work.

Suggested a blog to go out in the quest for an organiser.
