Well done to Tess, Pete, Steve and myself for managing to enter the Keswick tri this morning! That's half the battle done then. Entries only opened this am and its a third full already!! Come on the rest of you......it's very popular....your don't know what you're missing!?!?! I was spinning at 6.30 am followed by a swim. Thought I'd start my training a bit earlier this time! Caroline.

Excellent - we have already booked you into the Youth Hostel.
You were quite right not to single out any individuals. It would be totally wrong to specifically name Ian Farrer and Martin Connell who can already 1) run 2) bike 3) swim and 4) are sufficiently girly to wear appropriate nail varnish for the occasion.
I now have a spare wetsuit for anyone. I have only pee'd in it once.
