Happy New Year everyone and firstly thanks to Terry and Kath for a great New Years Eve Party.

As some of you will know Doug is stepping down as Treasurer at the next AGM after many years of sterling work.

If anyone would like to be considered for this post please let me or any other member of the committee know.

Thanks to Terry and Kath for the wonderful New Year Eve's Party.

Excellent Food (Kath you are amazing, yet again) and what an atmosphere

of unique, toe tapping music.  We both had a great time, good short run for those recovering

from illness and injury, great company and conversation.

The website can now sends email notifications of blog entries and comments to all signed-up users. So, when you create a new blog entry or comment, it will be emailed out to everyone as well as being pubnlished on the site.

Each user can configure whether/how/when they want to receive these emails; see your My account page and the new Notifications tab.

 Sorry Terry but I'm afraid I can't make the party on New Years Eve, it is a standing thing that we go to Gail's  to see the New Year in .   Have a good time and enjoy  your LAST run of 2009 And good running in 2010.     ALL the very best to you all .     Syd.
