Treasurer's report
Doug presented the audited accounts for the financial year 2007/8. THese showed a balance of £721.84 which is a reduction from £1033.89 the previous year though there is more kit in stock. There has been an increase in affiliation fees so it was decided to increase subscriptions to the following levels for the year.

Full membership - £22
Racing membership - £8
Social membership - £3

Members were reminded that payment of subscriptions is now due.

Club kit

Steve Hampshire informed everyone that orders will be subsidised by £10 per person and that if anyone wants to order any items then they should complete the form and send a cheque for the full amount. The cut-off date for orders was the end of April.

Skiing trip
Due to the success of this year's trip it is proposed to go back to the same accommodation in Morzines but this time 3 weeks earlier and with a price reduction of £100 per person. Malcolm requires a £75 deposit by the end of May with the balance payable by the end of November. The trip will run from 24 - 31 January 2009 and there are 22/23 places available.

Dates for the year
We are entering a team in the Cleveland relay on 29 June. Names to Mike Wilson.

It was proposed to move the club championships to a Thursday night in an attempt to get more runners. Paul Marks kindly offered top host the event again and a date will be confirmed.

Various members offered to host Thursday night runs and these will be added to the runs list.

Terry suggested that the club may wish to enter an event that is included in the Robin Hood Running Festival in Nottingham on 14 September.

The Keswick Mountain festival takes place on 15 -17 May. Interested members should contact Steve Hampshire.

Syd would be happy to organise a night/day walk over the Seahorse Saunter route.
